Terms of use
Plain-language terms for a simple tool.
Last updated: 13 October 2026. “Fairsig”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of fairsig.com.
Using Fairsig
You may use the generator for free, for personal or business email. The signatures you create are yours. Free signatures include a small “Made with Fairsig” link; please leave it in unless you have Pro.
Don't use Fairsig to impersonate someone else or to create signatures for fraud or phishing.
Legal details are a helper, not legal advice
The Germany, UK and France presets list and check the company details that business email commonly has to show. They don't replace advice from a lawyer or accountant, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish in your signature.
Your content and third-party images
You are responsible for the text, links and image URLs you put in your signature, and for having the right to use them. We don't host your images (yet), so if the site hosting them goes down, the image disappears.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they open, the pricing page promises apply: Pro is a one-off payment, Teams is monthly and can be cancelled in one click, and you can get a refund within 14 days of a payment. The checkout will show the full terms before you pay.
No warranty
Fairsig is provided “as is”. Email clients change their rendering without notice, so we can't guarantee a signature looks identical everywhere. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Questions: [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
