Privacy policy
Short version: we store your email only if you join a waitlist. Nothing else.
Last updated: 13 October 2026. “Fairsig”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of fairsig.com.
Your signature never leaves your browser
The generator runs entirely in your browser. Your name, phone number, address, legal details and anything else you type are never sent to our server and never stored by us. When you close the page, they're gone.
If you add a photo or logo URL, your browser loads that image from the address you typed, so that site sees a normal request from you. We don't proxy or store those images.
What we store: waitlist emails only
If you join a waitlist on a checkout page, we store:
- your email address,
- the plan you're interested in (Pro or Teams),
- the date and time you joined.
We use it for one thing: to tell you when payments open for that plan. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a newsletter. We keep it until the plan launches and you've been notified, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
To protect the form from abuse, our server counts requests per IP address in memory for a few minutes. IP addresses are not written to disk.
No tracking, no cookies
- No cookies of any kind, so no cookie banner.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or CDNs: every file comes from our own server.
- Signatures you create contain no tracking pixel and no tracked links.
Like any web server, ours may keep standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, time) for a short period to keep the service secure and working. They are not used to profile anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your waitlist email at any time. Under the GDPR and similar laws you may also object to processing or complain to your data-protection authority. To make a request, reply to the email we send you, or write to [email protected].
Changes
If we change what we collect (for example when paid accounts launch), we'll update this page before the change and say what's new. See also our terms.
