›You

Shown after your name, e.g. she/her.

›Contact

Line breaks are kept.

›Photo & logo

Paste public https links. Images are linked, never embedded: embedded (base64) images break in Gmail and blow the 10,000-character limit.

Square image, at least 160×160 px.

PNG or JPG, about 240 px wide.

›Social links

Icons are small images hosted by Fairsig. Some mail apps block images until the reader allows them; text links always show.

›Legal details

Company disclosures that business email must carry in some countries. A helper, not legal advice.

Shown in small print under the signature.

›Style & language

Web-safe fonts only: they look the same for every recipient.

Arabic switches the layout to right-to-left.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fairsig really free?

Yes. The generator, the templates and the install guides are free with no account. Free signatures carry a small “Made with Fairsig” link. Pro ($29 once, not a subscription) removes it.

Do you store what I type?

No. Your signature is generated in your browser and nothing you type is sent to our server. We use no cookies and no analytics.

Why is there a 10,000-character counter?

Gmail refuses signatures longer than 10,000 characters of HTML. The counter shows how much of that limit your signature uses and warns you from 9,000.

Will my signature work in Outlook?

Yes. Templates use tables and inline styles, the only layout Outlook's desktop engine renders reliably. Images are linked by URL, never embedded, so they don't turn into attachments.

What legal details does a German, UK or French company email need?

Germany (§35a GmbHG, §37a HGB): company name with legal form, registered seat, register court and number, and all managing directors. UK (Companies Act 2006): registered name and number, place of registration and registered office. France: legal form, share capital, registered office, RCS city and SIREN. Fairsig has presets that check these fields.

Can I make a right-to-left signature in Arabic?

Yes. Choose Arabic as the label language: the signature is generated with dir="rtl" and right-aligned, and phone numbers and emails stay left-to-right.

Need it for a whole team? Teams is $9/month flat per domain, with no per-user minimum.
